Oivi is on a mission to make eye screening easy, fast and affordable. Thanks to Oivi, diabetic retinopathy can be detected early. Thus reducing the number of people who suffer permanent loss of vision.

How? We design and manufacture a smart fundus camera that takes high quality retina images. In addition, we maintain a cloud platform for eye specialists to review and analyse eye scans remotely.

Today Oivi is offering eye screening to many patients in India already. We have the ambition to continue to grow and reach more patients, worldwide.

The Management Graduate serves as an important support to Oivi's senior leadership, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, data-driven decision making, financial analysis, and effective communication. The objective is to guide the right candidate into a promising leadership role within the organization.

Graduate Engagement Plan

As a Management Graduate at Oivi, you'll embark on a dynamic two-year journey, divided into four periods, including a 6 months spent in our India office, together with our amazing collegues there:

• Period 1: You will be partnered with a senior management mentor for close collaboration during your initial onboarding.

• Period 2: This phase takes you to the heart of our operations in India, our core market. Working within our Commercial Business Unit, you’ll acquire invaluable insights into our customer landscape and operational framework.

• Period 3: Aligned with our Product Team, you'll deep dive into the intricacies of Oivi’s product range. This stage allows you to grasp both the customer journey, and technical development of our product offerings.

• Period 4: You will be assigned a project and will be working as a Project Manager. This experience provides a robust understanding of project delivery, encompassing budget, timeline, and quality metrics.

Your performance throughout these periods will be a key factor in considering your eligibility for a permanent role at Oivi.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial Business Unit: Spend time in India to understand our customer base and sales operations.

• Project Management: Lead a project end-to-end, ensuring quality, budget, and time metrics are met, and that the deliverables brings value to the project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Willingness to travel, particularly to India

• Strong Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
