To achieve targets month on month consistently across all customer deployments
To plan and organize resources for new deployments in line with the sales plan of the organization
To lead, motivate and mentor the customer success team and provide inputs to drive the desired sales outcome for each customer deployment
To meet the customers and seek feedback about the service offering and identify trends and improvise / better the customer management process
Working alongside the Director of sales, you will help identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements.
Track monthly & quarterly progress and identify/flag major roadblocks regarding forecast and revenue
Develop tools, methodologies and processes to improve & streamline operations
Manage and support cross-functional initiatives serving as a liaison between sales and other key partner teams: Marketing & Product
Research and evaluate trends and processes while being able to communicate to senior leadership on changes that needed to be made
Act as a customer experience advocate who can help design, model, develop and champion customer experience enhancements across the business
Provide operational support to the Director of sales including general administration assistance as well as establishing and managing regular Business Performance reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
6+ years experience in operations management in pharmaceutical, medtech or medical devices
Understanding and experience working with MS Office and CRM systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from diverse sources
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Good leadership skills and ability to motivate field sales force teams
