We are hiring! The Oivi team are seeking a motivated and aspiring Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of business operations and leadership while contributing to impactful projects that drive our company's growth.
Oivi is an ambitious and young medtech company developing technology to overcome a huge challenge that impacts the lives of millions of people with diabetes. Our vision is to bring to market a low-cost artificial intelligence enabled fundus camera and automated diagnostics platform for early screening of Diabetic Retinopathy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations and projects.
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Participate in management team meetings, providing insights and suggestions to enhance efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Contribute to the planning and execution of company events or initiatives.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for management.
Learn and utilize project management tools to track and manage tasks.
Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance leadership and management skills.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Currently pursuing a Masters's degree in Business, Leadership, Finance, or a related field.
Very strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced business environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to take on new challenges.
Previous coursework, projects, or experience in management is a plus.
Gain practical experience in various aspects of business management and operations in a Norwegian Medtech Scale-Up.
Exposure to real-world projects that contribute to the company's success.
