About the Role: Own the Sales Cycle & Drive Growth
In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, and driving long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive Growth: Identify and engage primary care providers; pitch Oivi’s technology and solutions.
● Full Sales Cycle: Manage outreach, demos, negotiations, and closings.
● Customer Success: Support smooth implementation and high engagement post-sale.
● Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships that drive satisfaction and retention.
● CRM Discipline: Use data and process to manage leads and track performance.
Who You Are
● Early to mid-career experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
● Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communicator, confident engaging with healthcare professionals.
● Collaborative yet independent; you thrive on feedback and continuous learning.
● Passionate about healthcare and making a measurable difference for patients.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred , equivalent experience welcomed.
Applicants with a clinical or nursing background who wish to transition into healthcare sales are encouraged to apply.
Additional Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally. Authorized to work in the U.S. Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus.
