Based in Norway, I'm fluent in both Norwegian and English, which comes in handy as we scale and diversify. My leadership style is a blend of structure and flexibility, always underscored by a belief in every individual in the company. I'm passionate about innovation and thrive on seeing fresh ideas become actionable results.
